When the moisture content of the cigarette box is low, the wrapping angle of the joint box on the preheater can be appropriately reduced to reduce the heating area or not preheat, so that the moisture content of the cigarette box is appropriate; when the moisture content of the hemp box is too low , the preconditioner can be used to spray water vapor, and preheat properly to make the moisture content appropriate. Generally, the moisture content should be controlled at 6% to 8%.
d. Control the relationship between the temperature of the hot cylinder and the running speed, and adjust it according to the paper basis weight (gram weight) and grade of corrugated cardboard, the number of cardboard layers, and the corrugated type;
e. After the cardboard is offline, it must be put into the next process within the specified 8 hours to prevent the loss of water due to excessive stacking; then if the cardboard is sold from the factory, it is best not to expose the cardboard to the open air and ventilation during the dry season. f.
