1. Cigarette Box Project Overview
This cigarette box project is a new project. The main body of implementation is Anhui Rongsheng Packaging New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The construction site is Quanjiao County Economic Development Zone, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. After the construction of this cigarette box project is completed, it will reach an annual production capacity of 200 million square meters of cigarette box and cartons.
2. Construction content
The construction content of this project is to build two new cigarette box production buildings, one storage building and two shift buildings and other infrastructures, and to acquire intelligent cigarette box production lines, printing linkage production lines, hemp box glue making machines, case staplers, case gluers, fully automatic Intelligent warehousing system and other cigartette box production equipment, covering an area of about 174 acres.
3.The necessity of project construction
In recent years, leading enterprises in my country’s hemp paper box industry have continuously promoted the extension of upstream and downstream businesses in the industrial chain and realized the integration of the entire industrial chain. As a leading hemp packaging paper manufacturer in China, the company is also actively expanding its papermaking capacity layout. The company’s existing main income comes from base paper products such as corrugated base paper and kraft board paper, while the production capacity of downstream hemp paper box products such as cardboard and cartons is relatively lacking.
Through the construction of this project, the company can make full use of production technology and research and development advantages on the basis of consolidating the existing advantages of base hemp paper box production, expand the production capacity of corrugated cardboard and corrugated boxes, and further integrate the industrial chain.
